Clipped Ear Cat Sanctuary is a all volunteer no kill animal welfare organization that provides TNR (Trap Neuter and Return) services and education to the community of Montgomery County, Texas. CECS operates a no kill cat sanctuary and also provides free or low cost spay and neuters to free roaming cats along with food and medical services to approved feral cat colony caretakers.
