People Assisting Wasco Shelter is a 501c3 non-profit helping the small, rural Wasco, CA animal shelter. There is very little foot traffic and little to no adoptions. We help raise funds for health care, spay/neuter and other necessities. We also educate our small town on proper care and the importance of spaying/neutering our pets. Our mission is to reduce the amount of animals being put to sleep by educating our community.
