NWRM CASA provided advocacy services to abused and neglected children in the 14th Judicial District. CASAs are trained volunteers who meet with the children to whom they are assigned to assure their emotional, physical, education and spiritual needs are being met. CASAs are a child's voice in court and help assure that child is placed in a safe permanent home.
