FFEC is a nonprofit program that exists to educate children and adults about agriculture and the environment. We provide year-round programs for families, public and private schools, scout-groups, and home-schooled children. Our mission is to provide hands-on educational experiences for people of all ages by exploring the complex interconnectedness of our natural world. Our purpose is to educate about agriculture, the sources of our food, and the importance of nutrition for healthy lifestyles. We believe people should make meaningful connections with our natural world in order to become responsible stewards of local and global sustainability.
