Pals Rescue Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization founded in McComb, Mississippi. Our mission is as follows: Guide by the humane ethic, and in recognition of the bond between humans and animals, Pike Animal League, Shelter, and Rescue (PALS Rescue) exists to promote humane principles, compassionate care, and the prevention of cruelty of animals in Pike County Mississippi and its municipalities by: -Promoting humane care and treatment of all animals by prevention of cruelty to these animals. -Offering educational as well as volunteer and foster programs to encourage awareness, understanding, and practice of the humane principles. Educating and promoting programs on spaying and neutering, vaccination and parasite control. -Giving encouragement and assistance to law enforcement with all laws and ordinances. -Caring and placing homeless animals through quality adoptions, rescues, and transports. -Providing services that insure public health and safety through the proper promotion of all animal welfare issues.
