Heart2heart is a small grass roots charity who works with Shepherd's Home orphanage in Uriri, Kenya. These children have all been orphaned by AIDS. We find educational sponsors for them,and help with food, medicine and supplies. We are not a Big box charity and know all our children personally. Helping one child at a time is our motto.
