Cause Description:
Bronco Billy is a miniature dachshund puppy that is an adoptable foster. He was recently diagnosed with pes varus, a debilitating genetic defect that can cripple a dog and ruin their quality of life. After searching for help, I found a great vet Dr. Lewis of Animal Trustees of Austin, who has agreed to do the necessary surgery for a fraction of what a regular specialist would charge. I am a self-employed student who has provided all other vet care for this puppy out of my own pocket and I need your help to reach the goal of paying for his surgery. He is scheduled for the surgery on August 8th, 2011 and I hope to reach my goal by then. I thank you for your help!
