Since its inception 41 years ago, CDC of Long Island has been a significant force for meeting the needs of people and businesses in order to foster vibrant, equitable and sustainable communities. Serving Nassau and Suffolk counties, our programs and services include: • Rental Assistance • Two NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Centers • Affordable Housing Development • Energy Conservation • Housing Rehabilitation • Green Initiatives • Small Business Lending and Business Training Our mission is to support the housing and economic aspirations of individuals, families and small businesses through exemplary stewardship of resources entrusted to us.
