Cause Description:
We are a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is "To Promote Quality Child Care That Is Affordable, and Accessible.We assist parents in looking for quality child care including educating employers, training child care providers, recruiting child care providers and working with legislators to enact legilation to ensure quality child care for all families needing care while they work or go to school. We provide referrals to families to licensed child care and if no licensed child care is available that meets their needs, we work with them to take the necessay steps to ensure that the care they choose is safe and healthy through educational means such as written materials that outline what is quality child care and how to find it. Our trainings for child care providers include focuses on Infant/Toddler and Special Needs along with general developmental and business practices.
