Feather River College is located in Northern California in a county that is facing 21% unemployment as 0f 12/2010. As a result students are facing increasing difficulty getting the basics in food and School supplies. Your donations would go to aid struggling students, who are being greatly affected by this recession. The projects that our Association of Students are working on to better student life and environment, in these difficult times are our Pasta Pantry and Supplies Closet. Our Pasta Pantry provided individual students that need food, and sponsors once a month dinners at low to no cost the students. We also are trying to complete a supplies closet so that students can get class supplies as little to no cost
