The Humane Society Serving Logan County was established in 1970 with the mission to inculcate humane principles, to advocate in the passing of laws for the prevention of cruelty to animals, and to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including the importance of spaying and neutering. We also provide shelter for and facilitate adoptions for the homeless dogs and cats of Logan County, and we protect the animals from both neglect and cruelty by investigating, citing, and assisting in prosecuting cases of animal abuse.
