CEASE has a two-part mission: To educate as many people as possible in the state of Florida about the necessity to spay/neuter all animals by providing referrals to the low-cost sterilization programs nearest their homes and; to offer financial assistance as an incentive for those in low-income situations. We know that the easier, more convenient and more affordable these procedures become, the greater the likelihood they will be used.
