Cause Description:
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, or corresponding sections of any future tax code and implementing rules in the Internal Revenue Service. The primary purpose of the Corporation, subject to such limitations herein, is educating and inspiring young people to achieve through involvement in and support of robotics teams in the Eanes Independent School District, with primary emphasis on the robotics team at Westlake High School. The term support shall include, but is not limited to, education, sponsor contacts, funding of the robotics team and its activities in designing and building robotic devices and participating in academic competitions, coordinating adult support, and serving as an umbrella organization for nonprofit funding of other robotics teams located in the Eanes Independent School District as a means of facilitating funding for such teams.
