Innovative Concept Transitional Housing, Inc. is a shelter for homeless, battered or incarcerated women, children and youths. Who are in need of low-income housing while having the opportunity to regain their stability in Santa Clara county and urban areas. We focus to help CPS reunify families, Innovative Concept Transitional Housing, provides food, clothing, workshops and concentrates on welfare to work program. currently housing 9 women and 12 children.
