The Corinne T. Smith Animal Center is the animal shelter for Brown County, TX. We take in thousands of animals each year, and as much as we'd love to be a no-kill shelter, the reality is that to do that (without turning away animals), we have to find funding for our spay/neuter program, a surgical suite, an on-site veterinarian, and more room for animals.
