Heavenly Haven Rescue Sanctuary provides life long care for small breed dogs who have been severely neglected and abused. We accept senior or "special needs" dogs from shelters, owner give-ups, other rescues, and puppy mill survivors. We are a refuge for dogs who otherwise may be labeled "hard to adopt" or "unadoptable" by ordinary standards. " Making a difference one dog at time"
