Cause Description:
The Organization is a public benefit organization organized for the sole purpose of supporting the Gasconade County R-II School District Band Program. The Organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Some of the more specific purposes of the organization are as follows: a. To lend moral and financial support to the Gasconade County R-II Band Program; b. To solicit charitable donations and otherwise promote and assist with those fund-raising activities conducted for the benefit of the Band Program; c. To provide support and assistance to the Band Program for the purpose of enhancing the educational, social and musical experiences of the students; d. To promote and support the Band Program in its activities of giving musical performances at various times to local, state and national communities; e. To stimulate community and district-wide interest and pride in the Gasconade County R-II Band Program;
