Animal Rescue Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1996 and dedicated to promoting the welfare and humane treatment of animals, through rescue, fostering and placement. Adoptable cats and dogs awaiting a permanent, loving family are placed in our foster center, hence its name, the ARFanage. Our Mission:To find good, loving homes for the abandoned and abused animals in our community.
