The Navy & Marine Living History Association (NMLHA) was formed in 1998 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation to promote education, research, and preservation of America's rich national heritage (as relates especially to the Naval Services). NMLHA seeks to provide a forum for scholarly works that present our diverse history in a manner that promotes growth and understanding. Through research, education, and publication we seek to keep alive the memories and deeds of generations of Americans who have offered or given their "last full measure of devotion."
