Cause Description:
A State Approved, Non-Profit Special Education School Serving students with a variety of abilities and disabilities in grades 6 - 12 Provide a caring envronment, small class size, personal attention, acceptance and respect. Offer a flexible, modified curriculum in all Jr. & Sr. High School subjects. Teach competency skills required to earn a regular dipolma and build a general fund of knowledge. Challenge students to reach their personal best in all areas. Use multi-sensory methods of instruction. Provide typical high school social activities. Encourage and arrange community service experiences. Teach the "whole child" providing social, emotional, prevocational/transitional as well as academic guidance.
