ConnectAbility of MN provides services to people with any disability of any age anywhere in MN. Our Donated Equipment Program collects and distributes gently used wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids to ensure seniors and people with disabilities have access to their homes and community. Services include: Transportation and Chore Service Coordination, Home Accessibility modifications, Assistive Technology for automation and communication, Pass Through Purchasing of adaptive items. We are empowering people with physical and invisible barriers to achieving their potential. We also host Adapted and Inclusive events.
