Hello, everyone! Kitty Koop Cat Rescue is a small, family run organization headquartered in Lowell, Michigan, founded and run by a registered nurse. We originally formed back in 2001 to help fill the large need for cat rescue, adoption, and sanctuary in the West Michigan area. We rescue cats that have been abandoned, abused, and neglected; tend to all of their medical needs, provide them with a warm safe place to stay, and once they have fully recovered from their life on the streets, we work diligently to find them their loving, furever homes. In addition to providing temporary shelter for all of the wonderful adoptable kitties in our care, we also provide lifelong sanctuary to those, that for one reason or another, are not adoptable. At Kitty Koop Cat Rescue, we believe that all living beings deserve to be treated with love and respect. Toward that end, we are dedicated to making the world we share a better place for our feline friends through the promotion and practice of spaying and neutering, adoption, and humane education.
