Willowind is a community built center in coastal Maine. We are a place of hope and healing where children and adults facing mental or emotional challenges and or physical disabilities are welcomed and given the opportunity to ride and drive horses. Experiencing new freedoms,building strength and confidence; through special and gentle animals comes profound communication. Lives change on this fully accessable farm and many communities all share in the benifits. Our past rural heritage and our brilliant future are interwined as complementary therapies and friendship join forces. In a garden in the town of Eden, people with many stories and animals come together in harmony.
