Jefferson County Chapter of the Red Cross helps aid persons who have lost their homes to flood, fire, or natural disasters. Also they have one of the best collection rates for blood drives in Western PA. We are a small chapter who has had a lot of disasters lately we don't turn anyone away that we can help. If there is someone who is out of money and stranded in the area we try to get them a meal or a nights stay at a hotel. We are caring and in need of cash to keep operating to the fullest of our ability.
