Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is an incurable inherited disorder, affecting mainly the lungs and the digestive system. In the lungs, where the effects of the disease are most devastating, CF causes severe respiratory problems. In the digestive tract, CF often results in extreme difficulty in digesting and absorbing adequate nutrients from food. This disease effects children and young adults. The current median life expectancy is about 32 years of age. Please help us find a cure for this disease.
