Compassion Works for All is a prison outreach project where our mission is that No One is abandoned, No One is Forgotten and No One is Discarded. We mail a free growth and healing monthly Dharma Friends newsetter to those in prisons, along with books and a supportive community. We also are motivated to create change in a world view of crime and pusnishment that allows individuals to be incarcerated when their primary issues are mental illness and brain dysfunction. We want to educate people as to the many issues that lead to inprisonment that could be righted if realized early, long before crimes are committed.
