NorthCare Hospice & Palliative Care offers excellence in care, comfort & support to those experiencing a life-limiting illness so they may embrace life until death with dignity. Martha is 57 years old & has endstage heart disease. She lives with her 2 sons who want to take care of her at home and need extra help from our nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains & volunteers. Our team helped her "boys" support Martha at home so she could die with dignity. We provide hospice care to individuals & their families in 9 counties in metro-Kansas City, both in MO & KS. We have been serving these persons since 1996. In 2008, we supported over 700 individuals & their family members.
