Individual-level programs include: a) HIV counseling and testing, partner notification and referrals (CTR); b) Case management; c) Therapeutic massage; and d) Mental health services. UHU has 15 full-time staff, ten hourly staff, over 50 volunteers, and an annual budget of $1.7 million. Currently, UHU is funded by the D.C.
