Chesapeake City Ecumenical Association, Inc. is an ecumenical social action organization: (A) working for the betterment of the communities within Cecil County especially within the area bounded by Frenchtown Road and the Bohemia River Bridge. (B) providing emergency assistance in the areas of fuel, food, clothing and other needs. (C) providing transportation to elderly and disabled persons to medical appointments, stores, banks, etc. (D) creating recreational opportunities for the communities' persons of all ages. (E) providing information and referral services. (F) fostering awareness of the communities' needs.
