The Society for Progressive Supranucleur Palsy,Inc. (SPSP) is a nonprofit 501-3(C) organization that exists to promote and fund research into finding the cause and cure for PSP. PSP is a rare, neurological disorder related to Parkinson's disease. SPSP provides information,education, support, and advocacy to persons with PSP, their families, and caregivers. SPSP educates physicians and allied health professionals on PSP and how to improve patient care.
