Cause Description:
The Mid-Columbia Regional Ballet (MCRB) is Southeastern Washington's premier performing dance company. Its repertoire includes classical, neoclassical, and modern works by choreographers from throughout the U.S including Alun Jones, , Robert Kelley ,L. E. Whitman., and guest artists from such celebrated companies as American Ballet Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Kirov Ballet, and the Bolshoi Ballet have performed with the Company. Company dancers have gone on to professional dance careers most notably former MCRB dancer and Pacific Northwest Ballet principal, Patricia Barker. MCRB is under the artistic direction of Debra Pearse-Rogo. With a history of outstanding community and corporate support, the MCRB has brought quality dance to the Mid-Columbia region for over 20 years.
