Serving as facilitators and motivators to mobilize the body of Christ, citywide and nationwide, toward outreach and evangelism; 3. Serving as the field connection, coordinating the efforts of USA and Canadian church serving-groups to meet specific Latin ministry needs; 4. Publishing strategic research to help church planters evangelize effectively, to know where to plant new churches where the Word of God is needed most.
