Cause Description:
Sanctuary Acres is a NO KILL sanctuary that takes in and takes care of canines and felines. If good adoptions can be found, we do that, if not--they live their lives being well fed, played with and taken care of with all our love. We want to make sure that feral cat colonies are taken care of by being fed, vaccinated, and spay/neutered---and on the happiest of occassions being adopted out. Canines shouldn't just be dumped in the desert to die, we believe that they should be taken in , cared for, trained if needed, spay/neutered , loved and hopefully adopted out and if not, then to live a happy life instead of a "pound life" which means certain death. We are slowly building new kennels and houses for the dogs as finances allow---right now, slow going. We THANK everyone who helps this cause very much in the name of the critters who can't speak for themselves!! Woof, Meow, and THANK YOU!!
