The Spring Garden CDC is a 501(c)3 operating in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. The organization works with all neighborhood residents, but particularly those living below the poverty line. A wide array of services are offered including employment training, an after-school program, a summer day camp and a storefront office that helps residents with anything from applying for a job to finding help for drug abuse.
