Cause Description:
Umbrella Foundation Nepal rescues conflict-displaces children who have been trafficked from throughout Nepal to the Kathmandu Valley. These children, often starved, dehydrated and traumatized, are relocated to our center. If we are not able to locate their parents and then reunify these families, the children are taken into Umbrella Foundation Nepal's legal care, where they receive housing, food and clothing, medical care, an education and vocational training.
