Christ the King Preparatory School is a Catholic, coeducational, college preparatory high school that seeks to provide a quality education for economically disadvantaged high school students of all faiths through its core curriculum and corporate work-study program. The school is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Newark and endorsed by the Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth and the Marist Brothers of the Schools. The innovative corporate work-study program enables students to finance the majority of the cost of their education through their own efforts while gaining significant learning and motivational benefits. The school seeks to instill in our students the desire to become life long learners and the social consciousness to take their place in the civic, spiritual and cultural life of their community.
