Cause Description:
Richmond Boxer Rescue is a very small organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating boxers. Many of the boxers that we pull are older or have minor health issues because these dogs are less likely to be pulled from kill shelters. We will help any dog in need, though, so there are also usually young, healthy dogs available. We can only house as many dogs as we have foster homes for. If you are interested in adopting and we don't have a dog in foster care that would fit your family's lifestyle, please contact us. We would be happy to put you on a waiting list for a boxer. We are always in need of more foster homes. If you are willing to open up your home to a boxer in need, please let us know. Foster homes are provided with a crate, any necessary veterinary care and we can help out with food costs if needed (we only feed the best!). You just provide a loving home until your boxer is adopted! Keep in mind that foster parents are always given the first option to adopt!
