Minn Wing Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Anoka Composite Squadron is an auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force. CAP is a volunteer non-profit corporation with three main missions: Aerospace Education, Cadet program for youth 12-21 and Emergency Services that includes search and rescue. In 2007 CAP volunteers saved 103 lives through search and rescue efforts.
