To provide, when space is available, foster care permanently or until an appropriate adoptive home is found. To be a no kill organization, providing humane euthanasia only when medically necessary to prevent suffering.. To educate the public on the importance of spay / neuter and to encourage community involvement in ending animal cruelty. To participate in any other matters dealing with animal welfare.
