The Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade is a grassroots organization dedicated to saving animals who would otherwise be slaughtered and skinned for nothing more than human vanity. We have chapters in cities across the United States, as well as in the United Kingdom. We operate on a shoestring budget and are completely dependent on the financial support of our members for campaign funding. CAFT is recognized throughout the animal rights movement as the most reliable source of up to date information on the fur industry. CAFT acts as an information clearinghouse for information on all aspects of the fur issue and furbearing animals.
