PAAC is a private, non-profit organization and serves as the World Affairs Council for the State of Hawaii. Our mission is to promote increased awareness of international affairs with special emphasis on Hawaiis role in the Asia-Pacific region. For over 50 years, we have provided quality international education through community forums, statewide international educational outreach programs at the high school and community college levels, and through our international visitors leadership program.
