The Springfield First Aid Squad is an all-volunteer, donation- supported organization providing emergency medical servics to the people of the Township of Springfield (Union County). Established in 1949, the First Aid Squad provides no-cost emergency medical treatment and transportation to those who live, work or pass through our town as well as backup coverage to neighboring towns and statewide in the event of a disaster.
