Cause Description:
An organization working to develop a neighborhood of foster homes for children with disabilities and children at risk within the foster care system. The entire neighborhood will be designed to nurture and love these children that because of their special needs, are unable to be placed in a typical family environment. Because Angel Love will own the homes, the children will never be forced to move. When a foster parent no longer wants to be a foster parent, the parent is the one that packs and moves... not the children.
