HMHB of KC is a nonprofit organization that provides a forum for agencies, businesses, and individuals to collaborate on projects that increase the availability, access and utilization of health care services to pregnant and parenting women and their children. HMHB provides training and technical assistance; established protocols for identification, assessment and referral of clients; provides education through the media and outreach; and promotes its mission through public awareness campaigns.
