Pennsylvania Memorial Home is a Nursing and Rehabilitation facility which provides both short and long term care. We are a part of WRC Community & Health Services. WRC provides health and housing services to older adults in Jefferson, Clarion, Elk and surrounding Counties in rural western Pennsylvania. WRC has two nursing facilities, four assisted living facilities, a subsidized senior housing apartment complex and Senior Support Network, a provider of in-home support and attendant care throughout our region.
