The San Jose Jaycees, also known as the San Jose Junior Chamber of Commerce, is a leadership development organization, whose members are dedicated to making the city of San Jose and surrounding communities a better place for all to live. Our organization includes corporate sponsored groups as well as independent members consisting of talented people, who bring community team involvement, leadership training, and is a great place for people to meet between the ages of 18 and 40. The San Jose Junior Chamber exists to teach leadership through community service; a group that will readily accept the challenge of a difficult community project. The Junior Chamber is recognized by governments and business leaders at every level as an organization which develops new community leaders through constructive action in over 100 countries and territories. "Service to humanity is the best work of life"
