Second Chance SPCA (SCSPCA) is a No-Kill Animal Shelter established in August 2005. In our first 18 months of operation we rescued and re-homed 450 dogs and cats. Our income comes from private donations, fundraising activities, and adoption fees. Contributions to SCSPCA are tax deductible.
