The mission of Collie Rescue of Southeastern PA, Inc. is to provide for the rescue and care of pure bred Collies abandoned or turned in to local animal shelters and/or veterinarian hospitals in Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties of Pennsylvania. We also promote responsible dog ownership through educational events and literature.
