Cause Description:
The 'Summer Frolic Festival' was created with the vision of introducing individuals, as well as families and children, of alternative faiths to the benefits of green living, holistic health, inter-faith networking, spiritual and cultural enlightenment and artistic expression as well as encourageing them towards activism in environmental issues, animal rights, conservation, human rights and freedoms and other related causes. We believe that children should be included on all appropriate levels to make them aware and well-informed in order to continue the ground-breaking movements that their parent's generation has begun. We also strive to improve networking and community involvement in regional western Pennsylvania. We believe we can accomplish this mission by securing an excellent selection of guest speakers on these important topics as well as artisitic and musical performances and hosts of hands-on workshops and informative lectures. We also make this festival approachable for families by offering educational entertainment and activities for children.
