CASC Region 4 is a student-run, student-led organization that spreads leadership and life skills to dedicated students throughout five counties. Our leadership training programs foster increased self-esteem and provide numerous opportunities for self-exploration. We empower students by giving them the tools they need to get involved, both in their own schools and in their communities. By encouraging free expression and acceptance of one another and of our diversity, we are "breaking boundaries and building bridges" towards the goal of unity.
